Our Mission

JDI Plastics is a custom injection molding company that specializes in providing products at the highest quality standards, while simplifying our customers’ supply chains through production management and value-added services. We tailor our services and requirements around the needs of each individual customer, which allows us to provide the highest level of service at a very competitive price.

Our Company History

JDI Plastics, originally founded as JDI Mold and Tool, began operating in 1995 as a prototype mold maker in Johnsburg, IL. JDI soon began running its prototype molds on its own molding machines, leading to production services being offered as well.

JDI has always prided itself on ensuring that the products that leave our facility exceed the quality standards set forth by ourselves and our customers. To instill this, JDI implemented its ISO 9001 quality policy in 2001, which we have maintained and improved upon to this very day.

In 2020, we moved to a larger, state-of-the-art facility in Palatine, IL. While this location provides many benefits over our prior one, it also has allowed us to expand upon our value-added services. We are proud to be able to offer our customers more solutions so that they can narrow down their supply chain and supplier base.
